This Privacy Policy describes how Buyxall LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the sociPal mobile application (the "App"). By using sociPal, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, as well as information generated by your use of the App:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture when you sign up.
• Connected Social Accounts: OAuth tokens and account identifiers for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok accounts you connect to sociPal. We never store your passwords for these platforms.
• Content You Create: Posts, captions, hashtags, scheduled content, and media files you upload or generate via the App.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including features used, screens viewed, and actions taken.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and IP address.
• Analytics & Insights: Social media performance data (reach, impressions, engagement) retrieved from connected platform APIs on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the sociPal service.
• To publish, schedule, and manage social media content on your behalf, as instructed by you.
• To generate AI-powered captions, hashtags, and content recommendations.
• To send you notifications, product updates, and support messages.
• To monitor for security incidents and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Social Media Platform Data

sociPal integrates with third-party social media platforms (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok) through their official APIs. Data retrieved from these platforms is used solely to provide the features you request. We do not sell or share this data with unauthorized third parties. Your use of connected platforms is also governed by those platforms' own privacy policies and terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

sociPal uses AI models (including Anthropic's Claude) to assist with content creation. Inputs you provide (such as topics, goals, or draft text) may be processed by these AI systems to generate suggestions. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the App (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing).
• Social media platforms solely to execute the actions you request (publishing posts, fetching analytics).
• Law enforcement or regulators if required by applicable law.
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may delete your account at any time from the App settings, which will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, token-based authentication, and regular security audits to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

sociPal is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us personal data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
